Weekly Cooking Demos

Cooking Demonstrations are free in store events where guests may watch and interact with the chef in the Demonstartion Show Kitchen. Guests sit at the Show Kitchen counter, receive the recipe and get a sample of the fare being demonstrated. Guests should arrive early as the seating is limited to 12 people and is first come first serve.

Weekly cooking demos

Demonstration Schedule

  • Thursday and Friday at noon
  • Saturday at 10:30 AM and a different demonstration at 1:30 PM

Periodically, additional demonstrations are added to the schedule when visiting guest chefs participate. The food being demonstrated is always determined by what is needed in the pastry case or what the chef feels is a fresh choice for the day.

  Join chef's Lynn and Carla Segrest for a delicious meal just in time for Valentine's Day.  Learn to sauté chicken and asparagus with precision.  Two different sauces will be demonstration - a rich Alfredo and a flavorful Marinara to accompany the delicious angel hair pasta.  A very special fennel salad with papaya and lime vinaigrette will be shared as well as chef Lynn's Italian Knot rolls.  End the meal with an amazing Tiramisu by Carla!
