Chelsie Orr, Chef at Madlon's Restaurant, will conduct this hands-on class. Participants will learn techniques to make pasta, three different sauces as well as Zabaglione for dessert! You will then dine on your creation with your classmates. Select wines will be paired so the class is limited to ages 21 and over.
