9 oz unsalted butter
1 pound bittersweet chocolate cut into small chunks
8 ozs white chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup espresso (add 1 Tbs of ground coffee to the espresso shot)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly butter a 13 X 9 pan.
In a double boiler, melt butter and bittersweet chocolate. Remove from heat and let cool.
Beat together eggs, vanilla, espresso and sugar until fluffy and white.
Fold flour into egg mixture. Fold in melted chocolate then white chocolate chips.
Spread evenly into 13X9 pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
