Red Bell Pepper/Ancho Chili Jam Torte

Ingredients

1 lb Cream cheese 


1 Cup traditional pesto sauce


½ Cup butter 


½ Cup toasted nuts 


9 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Red Bell Pepper & Ancho Chili Jam 


1 Medium spring-form pan or 3” tall cake pan

Technique

Whip cream cheese and butter. 
Add pesto. 
Stir in nuts. 
Line spring-form pan or 3” tall cake pan with plastic wrap and press mixture into pan. 
Cover and chill overnight. 
Un-mold on tray and top with Red Bell Pepper & Ancho Chili Jam (EARTH & VINES PROVISIONS)
Serve with baguette slices.
