5 pound Tenderloin of Beef
1/2 cup finely chopped Garlic and Oil mixed
1/2 cup Lemon Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Trim chain and silver from the tenderloin.
Coat tenderloin with garlic and oil.
Coat with lemon pepper.
Sear in hot skillet with oil for color.
Place tenderloin on a sheet pan.
Cook for approximately 30 minutes or until medium rare.
Let rest for 1/2 hour to relax tenderloin.
Ready for carving!
