1 tbsp - Garlic (minced)
2 cups - Balsamic ( I like Roland brand)
1/2 tsp - White Pepper
1 cup - Packed Brown Sugar
1 tbsp - Worcestershire Sauceo
1 tbsp - Corn Starch
1/3 cup - Water
1/2 cup - Canola Oil
1 tbsp - Vanilla Paste
In a two quart sauce pan saute the garlic.
Add balsamic, white pepper, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 min.
In a small bowl mix corn starch and water together until dissolved, add mixture to sauce.
Bring back to a boil, add vanilla and slowly add oil.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and strain.
Let cool.....and your ready!!!
