3, 7 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 pipin apples
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
4 sticks of celery
Season chicken with white pepper and salt, dust with flour. Saute in oil and butter until done. Rest chicken for ten minutes then dice in small pieces. Dice pipin apples in smaller pieces then add lemon juice to apples. Peel and dice celery. Toss all ingredients together and chill for one hour.
