Ingredients

Green Beans (enough for 4 servings)
1 T Butter (for 4 serving)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Technique

Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch for 6 minutes. Remove and put in an ice bath. When ready to serve heat a pan with butter and toss the green beans in with white pepper and salt.
