18 (1oz) square of White Chocolate
3 cups Skinny Pretzel sticks (broken into smaller piece but not crushed) (measure after they are broken)
2 cups salted peanuts (or dry roasted)
Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment or waxed paper. Melt the white chocolate in a double broiler over simmering water. Stir in pretzel pieces and peanuts with a flexible spatula. Pour onto prepared cookie sheet , spreading mixture so ingredients are evenly distributed. Allow to cool for several hours or refrigerate until firm. Break into irregular pieces.
