Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange, refund (with receipt) or merchandise credit.


The following policies apply to all returns:

Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.

Returns with a gift receipt, including gift-registry returns, will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the gift receipt.
Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift-registry returns, will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit at the current selling price
We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized items.
An original purchase receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns of salt and pepper mills, individual knives and knife sets.


How to Return an Item:

To return or exchange an item, complete the Return Form attached to the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied your Copper Q merchandise. In the appropriate box on the Return Form, indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken: replacement or merchandise credit. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to tear off the top portion of the form and keep it for your records.

If you do not have your original invoice or gift receipt, please include a letter with your returned merchandise that includes the following information:

 

Your name
Address
Phone number
Order number
Item name/description
Reason for return
Action to be taken (replacement or merchandise credit)
